Gryphon West Gym Club are Yeovil & Sherborne's premier Sports Acro club and participate in local, regional and national competitions in Acro Gymnastics. If you're not sure exactly what that is, then you could do a lot worse than visit the website of the English Institute of Sport.

The club has a registered membership of approximately 50 gymnasts ranging in age from 7 to 21 and currently has five Coaches plus a number of Assistant Coaches and  qualified judges.

Annually, gymnasts are entered for the Preliminary SW Region Sports Acrobatics National Championships and British Schools’ competitions, from which we have had representation in the National Finals.
